From the initial enquiry right through to payment, they kept the lines of communication open and provided regular updates beyond what I expected. Booked a sofa bed removal yesterday with Romina over the phone which was a quick and easy experience. The guys Aidan and Antoine came today and promptly prepped the sofa bed for removal down a narrow flight of stairs with efficiency. Keep up the awesome work guys.There are a lot of removalists in Melbourne that charge excessively with lots of hidden fees, however Up & Out rubbish removals have been nothing by transparent and professional.Highly recommended!

I rate up and go rubbish removal with 5 stars because the company was great to deal with. Dean, the boss, was very professional to deal with. We were able to work out a time that suited all of us. He was very flexible. The two team members (from Belgium) were very professional and a delight to deal with. On time, and friendly.
